I make websites, identities & other fine things.
TADA is a new brand of handcrafted letterpress notebooks. We like to describe TADA as notebooks with a personality. They are not anonymous notebooks made by unknown people in unknown places, from unspecified materials & techniques. They are notebooks made by people for people, to take care of the most precious things in life – ideas, projects, travels &, why not, notes
Everything, from the design to the production, is done by the two of us, under the roof of our small, but well formed studio Apple&Pear, in London. We select high quality recycled paper, vegetable based inks & linen threads as the main ingredients of our notebooks, as well as uncompromising attention to details.
TADA Identity reflects our passion for letterpress, paper, and typography. Simple type compositions printed in colourful paper. The cards and business card are letterpress printed on handmade duplexing paper, made up of different combination of the cover papers used for the notebooks. The website is a simple one page responsive website to show the whole idea and products behind TADA.

Identity & Packaging design for Terrone, the only Third Wave – speciality coffee – Italian coffee roaster & shop in London. The beans are all hand-roasted in small batches in Italy, with a 1950′s “Vittoria” roaster, that makes its coffee quite special.
We designed and letterpress printed Terrone Identity, including business card, menu and packaging tag for the stand up coffee pouches.
We focused on the fascinating handmade nature of the coffee roasting process, trying to develop an Identity that reflected that nature also in the handmade creation of the finished materials. Detailed use of typography, black ink on fine white recycled paper to communicate a strong personality.Graphic Design, Packaging2013
